Role: Senior Sales Executive(Real Estate)

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Client Interaction

  • Attend to inbound and assigned leads from telecallers, digital campaigns, and

referrals.

  • Understand client requirements — purpose (own use/investment), budget, business

profile, and timeline.

  • Present project details confidently, emphasizing location advantage, ROI, quality,

and Sanbrix’s track record.

  • Maintain prompt and professional communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email.

2. Site Visit Coordination & Conversion

  • Schedule and conduct personalized site visits, ensuring every visit is well-prepared

and impactful.

  • Demonstrate project USPs, highlight on-time delivery history and premium

positioning.

  • Handle client objections, negotiations, and closing discussions effectively.
  • Prepare and ensure booking forms, advance payments, and document handovers

are completed correctly.

3. Reporting & CRM Management

  • Update CRM (Sell.do or equivalent) daily with complete client details,

communication notes, and visit outcomes.

  • Maintain and submit daily call, visit, and booking reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Track pipeline status (Lead → Visit → Negotiation → Booking → Collection) and

ensure timely follow-ups.

4. Coordination with Teams

  • Liaise with Telecallers for fresh and follow-up lead coordination.
  • Coordinate with CRM and Accounts teams for booking documentation and payment

follow-up.

  • Share client feedback and market inputs with the Sales Head and Marketing team.

5. Market Knowledge & Brand Representation

  • Stay informed about competitor projects, pricing, and market trends in

Coimbatore’s premium corridor.

  • Uphold Sanbrix’s luxury brand tone during all client interactions — appearance,

communication, and professionalism.

  • Participate in brand events, expos, and promotional campaigns to generate new

leads.

Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • Daily follow-up and CRM discipline.
  • Strong client satisfaction and referral generation.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication in English & Tamil (Hindi advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Sound knowledge of real estate documentation, pricing, and financial basics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA (Marketing or Real Estate preferred)
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in premium real estate / high-value sales /

investment advisory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
