About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Voice Process Executives with experience in sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven attitude, and the ability to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally to achieve targets and build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound/inbound voice calls to promote products or services and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Handle customer objections effectively and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize call strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–4 years in voice process, telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (sales-focused).
  • Communication: Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (Telugu preferred for South Zone roles).
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
