URGENT HIRING – Senior Sales Manager

Industry: Household Kitchenware & Cleaning Accessories (FMCG)

Salary Range: AED 4,000 – 8,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Sharjah / Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue growth in the household kitchenware, cleaning accessories, and FMCG sector.
• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key clients across the UAE.
• Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and untapped markets.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Coordinate closely with the marketing team on promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends, adjusting sales plans accordingly.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and present performance updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Proven sales experience in household kitchenware, cleaning accessories, or FMCG.
• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant sales experience with strong knowledge of the UAE market and all emirates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent, measurable results.

Candidate Preference:

• Only candidates with direct experience in the same product category (Kitchenware / Cleaning Accessories / FMCG) will be considered.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
