Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing and executing corporate sales strategies.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities to expand the hotel s client portfolio.
  • Manage and grow existing corporate accounts through consistent engagement and relationship-building.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with hotel pricing strategies and profitability targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to optimize business positioning.
  • Attend trade shows, sales calls, and networking events to promote the hotel brand and generate leads.
  • Coordinate with revenue, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle RFPs, manage TMC and consortia accounts, and maximize long-stay and short-stay business segments.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, room night goals, and revenue performance indicators.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to management.
