We are the leading modular kitchen company in Bahrain and are seeking a results-driven professional to strengthen and grow our sales operations. The Head of Sales will take full ownership of our Bahrain sales function, leading the internal team, coordinating with external associates, and driving revenue growth, market presence, and business development.
Job Summary
The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing and leading the complete sales function in Bahrain. This includes overseeing the in-house sales team, coordinating with external sales partners, driving strategic growth, ensuring target achievement, and delivering measurable improvements in sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue and market share in Bahrain
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer demand to inform strategy
Sales Team Leadership
- Lead, manage, and motivate the internal sales team in Bahrain
- Set clear KPIs and track performance at individual and team levels
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales staff to ensure high productivity
- Ensure accountability, discipline, and consistent achievement of sales goals
External Sales & Business Development
- Coordinate and collaborate with external sales teams and business associates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and consultants
- Drive project sales, B2B accounts, and repeat business opportunities
Sales Operations & Coordination
- Oversee the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, design coordination, proposals, closing, and handover
- Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate sales documentation, CRM updates, and pipeline management
Reporting & Performance Control
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to management
- Track performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed
- Present actionable plans to continuously improve sales results
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue growth and target achievement
- Conversion ratio and sales pipeline value
- Team productivity and closing performance
- New client acquisition and repeat business
- Contribution and performance of external associates
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 8–12 years of sales experience, preferably in modular kitchens, interiors, furniture, or related industries
- Minimum 3–5 years in a senior sales management role
- Strong knowledge of the Bahrain market and B2B/B2C sales processes
Skills & Competencies
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented with excellent execution capability
- Experienced in CRM systems and sales reporting
