Senior Sales Manager

A leading commercial equipment rental company in Qatar , delivering mission-critical solutions to multinationals and major contractors , is seeking a high-impact commercial leader to drive its next phase of growth.

This role is ideally suited to a Senior Sales Manager ready for broader responsibility — or an experienced General Manager with a strong sales DNA.

You will take ownership of revenue growth, market expansion, and commercial strategy in one of the region’s most competitive and opportunity-rich markets. The role offers autonomy, visibility, and the chance to shape the business at a strategic level.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market penetration across key sectors in Qatar
• Build and strengthen relationships with blue-chip clients, partners, and key accounts
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and commercial team
• Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with long-term growth objectives
• Work closely with operations and leadership to ensure service excellence and profitability
• Represent the business at senior client, industry, and partner forums

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B sales leadership within Qatar
• Strong experience in equipment rental, industrial services, construction, logistics, or related sectors
• Deep understanding of the Qatar market , procurement cycles, and key decision-makers
• Established client network with corporates, contractors, and multinationals
• Hands-on, results-driven leadership style with strong commercial acumen
• Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
