Role Overview: Senior Sales Manager
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (US/UK Shift) with strong knowledge of the
Shopify ecosystem and IT/Digital marketing services. The role involves managing end-to-end
sales cycles, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth for international
markets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles across B2B, B2C, and C2C segments in the Shopify and
eCommerce domain.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound leads into long-term client
partnerships.
  • Create and deliver customized sales pitches for Shopify development, marketing, and
growth solutions.
  • Own and manage the USA shift sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing, development, paid media, SEO, and content teams to align
client solutions.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and Shopify ecosystem updates.
  • Build trust-based relationships with founders, decision-makers, and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven sales experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or the Shopify
ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify store setup, customization, apps, integrations, and
marketing channels.
  • Experience selling agency services to US-based clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to independently manage US/UK shifts and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Freshworks, or similar platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc.

Preferred Skills
  • Existing network in the Shopify or eCommerce ecosystem.
  • International sales exposure (USA, UK, Canada).
  • Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales.
  • Strong presentation, demo, and proposal skills.
  • Smart usage of AI tools for productivity and sales enablement.
