Senior Sales Manager – IT Services & Digital Marketing
Experience: 3–5 Years of experience
Location: DHA Phase 3, Lahore
Job Timing: 4pm to 1am (Monday to Friday)
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and execute end-to-end sales across software solutions and digital marketing services. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage the full sales cycle while building and guiding a performance-oriented sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
- Drive revenue growth across IT services, SaaS products, and digital marketing solutions
- Conduct client meetings, discovery sessions, and present tailored proposals
- Build, lead, and mentor a sales team with clear KPIs and accountability
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM data accuracy
- Generate and convert leads through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
- Plan and execute email outreach campaigns with strong response and conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement improvements for better conversion
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in IT/software sales and digital marketing services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork bidding, and lead generation tools
- Solid understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM management
- Experience managing or mentoring a sales team
- Working knowledge of SaaS products, software services, and digital marketing solutions
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and outbound sales strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
