The Role
Position Title: Sr. Sales Manager - Household Products Employment Type: Full- Time Salary: up to 18K inclusive plus monthly commissions based on performance Job Location: Dubai About the Client: A well-established distributor group in Dubai, serving the Middle East with multi-national brands in FMCG, Household & SDA. Job Description: § Formulate and execute sales strategies strictly aligned with approved business plans and budgets. § Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across channels, with corrective action taken immediately in case of deviation. § Gross profit achievement and Margin control § Exercise direct control and supervision over Key Account Mangers, Executives, Merchandisers, and Sales Coordinators

Requirements
Qualifications: § 45 years and below. § At least 10 years of sales experience in FMCG or related products § Coming from an MNC (Multinational Corporation) handling known brands or groups. § Owning a car is an advantage.
