About the Role

Doha is a fast growing hub for infrastructure and industrial development, and at Stainless Bolts Industrial Solutions Ltd, we play a key role in supporting that growth. We supply high quality stainless steel fasteners and industrial components to construction, oil and gas, and manufacturing sectors across the region.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager Industrial Products who will lead our B2B sales strategy and drive revenue growth across Qatar and the GCC. This role is not just about hitting targets. You will build long term partnerships with major contractors, engineering firms, and distributors while positioning our company as a trusted industrial supplier.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Leadership
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for stainless steel fasteners and industrial products across Qatar and GCC markets

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with contractors consultants and procurement teams to secure long term contracts

Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic account management and new business development

Market Expansion
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within construction and industrial sectors

Commercial Negotiation
Lead pricing negotiations contract agreements and closing of high value deals

Reporting and Forecasting
Track sales performance pipeline forecasts and provide regular reporting to senior management

What We Are Looking For

Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales within industrial products construction materials or related sectors

Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of stainless steel fasteners industrial supply or building materials market

Network
Established connections within Qatar construction or industrial sector is highly preferred

Skills
Strong negotiation communication and relationship building skills with the ability to manage key accounts

Leadership
Experience mentoring junior sales staff or leading sales initiatives

Mindset
Target driven proactive and capable of working in a competitive fast paced environment
