We are looking for a Sales Manager for our Real Estate Business having a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in a relevant field with at least 7-10 years of experience in relevant domains of Sales.
The candidate must have/be:
- A variety of academic backgrounds, including Sales & marketing, communication, Social Media (Facebook, Insta & Twitter etc..) knowledge, business PR and other fields
- Outstanding in verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 4-6 years of experience working in the domain of Marketing
- An extrovert and a people’s person
- Quick thinker and innovative in terms of being full of new ideas and strategies
Responsibilities:
- One of the core responsibility to boost company sales.
- Managing branding & corporate communications in line with the company brand and values
- Managing all sales & marketing campaigns on a company-wide level (internal & external) along with documentation and reporting
- Planning digital marketing & social media campaigns in their entirety to build the brand, increase reach, gain skilled resources on board, gain customer leads and drive website traffic
- Managing research of overall marketing ideas in line with the company brand and values and based on a comprehensive understanding of the organization
- Guide and collaborate with Social Media team to prepare monthly calendars and campaigns and lead ads. Good knowledge to develop customer care policies of real estate
- Ensure collection of Installments and recoveries are met as per time schedule defined by the organization.
- Ensure and maintain reports of recovery records of all settled agreements made with the customers.
- Analyze and maintain recovery of installments of the project and inform the customers for their respective payments.
- Analyze client’s submission for recovery reports as per schedule.
- Follow up with the clients and maintain a database for it.
- Maintain liaison with customer care and finance team for timely recoveries.
- Ensuring that systems for making calls, emails, SMS and notices are sent to customers to give reminders of upcoming payments and amounts overdue.
- Ensuring to send the project development updates to customers and responding to customers queries.

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
