Senior Sales Officer

India

The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers and channel partners, and driving the company’s growth in assigned territories. The role involves field sales, customer engagement, market development, and execution of sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
  • Conduct market visits to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Promote company products through effective product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and share insights with management for strategy improvement.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, trade fairs, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update customer databases.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide post-sales support as needed.
  • Work closely with the marketing and service teams to ensure brand visibility and product availability.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of sales targets.
  • Dealer/Customer retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Market coverage and lead conversion ratio.
  • Timely collection of payments and adherence to credit norms.
  • Reporting accuracy and punctuality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
