Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager – AI & IT Solutions with strong expertise in software and technical sales. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who understands the high-growth potential and strong earning opportunities in software sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through cold calling, outreach, and proactive client acquisition
  • Sell AI, Cloud, and custom software development solutions to B2B clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure and follow-up
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Share client insights to support product and service improvements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in software / IT / AI solution sales
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and growth-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
