Handle is recruiting a Senior Sales on behalf of BR Steel, a leading industrial player in the UAE steel sector.


This is a 6-month project-based assignment for BR Steel, managed in collaboration with Handle. The Senior Sales professional will lead sales and business development initiatives across the steel industry in the GCC. This role requires a proven track record in building customer relationships, securing contracts, and achieving sales targets in the steel or industrial sector. The position combines strategic market development with hands-on client management to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.


About the BR Steel Project:

BR Steel operates a plant producing steel pipes, billets, and rebars. The current multimillion dollar financing initiative aims to raise both capex and opex funding to support a capacity expansion from 150 kt/y to over 500 kt/y and beyond — a transformative step in the company’s growth.


Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the GCC region.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and key industry clients.

· Drive business development through tendering, negotiations, and closing high-value contracts.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.

· Work closely with operations, production, and finance teams to ensure alignment on pricing, delivery, and client commitments.

· Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking forums.

· Deliver regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
