Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Senior Sales Real Estate position. The Senior Sales Real Estate professional will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, provide consultation on real estate opportunities, and guide clients through property sales and purchases. Responsibilities include identifying new business prospects, building relationships with clients, creating tailored property solutions, and meeting sales targets. Additional tasks may involve analyzing the market, maintaining updated property listings, and collaborating with the team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, with experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members is an advantage
• Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a professional team
• Knowledge of the real estate market in New Cairo or the surrounding area is preferred
