About the Role

Experts Communication is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Representative with experience in selling creative design and digital services. This role is ideal for professionals who have a proven record of converting leads into long-term clients, building strong relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for creative and design services.
• Convert qualified leads from platforms like Bark.com, Discord, social media, and other channels into closed deals.
• Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand requirements and recommend tailored solutions (web design, branding, UX/UI, SEO, etc.).
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with proactive follow-ups and professional communication.

Performance & Collaboration

• Track sales performance, generate reports, and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
• Work closely with designers and project managers to ensure client expectations are met.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in creative, design, or digital agencies.
• Strong background in lead conversion, client acquisition, and closing deals.
• Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) with Urdu as an added advantage.
• Comfortable working night shifts and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with platforms like Bark.com, LinkedIn, and freelance marketplaces is a plus.
