· Sales Experience related to IT services and Solutions

· Must have a Microsoft solutions or Odoo ERP selling experience of minimum 3-4 years.

· Have the best grip and sales knowledge on all products lying in Company Portfolio. Should have versatility in Leads generation.

· Best Account Management Require in terms of identifying Customer pains, Pitching Solutions and Customer Satisfaction. Maintain Best Relationship with the Customers.

· Always make a Sales Plan or Strategy and Discuss to meet your Annual Sales targets.

· Hunt maximum for the new Accounts and Minimum Target should be generating 5 Qualified Prospects every Week.

· Massive Cold calling for Demand generation and schedule meeting with potential customers for any particular product business lying in our portfolio.

· Regular Follow-ups Require on the deals lying in pipeline.

· Must achieve a solid grip on the pricelists of the products in IAX SERVICES Portfolio.

· Target the Industries with Specific vertical solutions we have on the Top of ERP and CRM.

· Learn the Business language to communicate different Business Industries as this is most important in our Business

· Every Lead, Activity, Customer Profiles should be feed in CRM on daily basis.

· Always make a Sales Strategy, Call Script, target Audience List to target in a right direction.

· Weekly Commitments require to achieve our Monthly sales Target.

· Should be bringing ideas to increase sales growth

· Should be active on all Social Networks to promote our Company and generating Leads.

· Will be participating in events where IAX SERVICES will be participating directly or indirectly.

· Maintain accurate Pipeline with Sales Figures and Closure Date on CRM as it reflects your Monthly Commitment.

· Discuss and raise flag immediately for any support require from the management to grab the deals.

· Review your performance on monthly basis and discuss with management for any complexity or challenge which is affecting your performance to get it fix

· Should achieve 100% Sales Target.

· Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion.

· Demonstrate to leverage best practices and offer insight into client business and industry verticals.

· Maintain credibility through best practices knowledge in Sales Enablement space

· Maintain account plan’s technical portions.

· Maintain corporate visits’ technical aspects.

· Determine, resolve, and communicate technical and business presales issues to presales management.

· Close accounts determined by sales and technical management.

· Assist regional business development activities.

· Install and maintain demoes and software on presales equipment.

· With UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
