Role Overview
The Internee – Senior Sales Specialist will support the senior sales team in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and providing expert guidance on furniture selection and home styling. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in high-end furniture retail, sales strategy, and customer engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Engagement
- Assist senior sales specialists in welcoming and advising customers on furniture options, materials, functionalities, and design compatibility.
- Support in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their home styling requirements.
- Participate in product demonstrations and help communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets through effective assistance and follow-ups.
Product Knowledge & Consultation
- Maintain updated and detailed knowledge of Enza Home product collections, materials, mechanisms, and design trends.
- Provide preliminary consultation on furniture styling, color coordination, and space planning.
- Assist in preparing product comparisons, quotations, and presentation material for clients.
Showroom & Display Management
- Support senior team members in ensuring that showroom displays are neat, attractive, and aligned with Enza Home’s visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team regarding product availability.
Customer Experience & Support
- Assist with order processing, customer records, and documentation.
- Support follow-ups with clients regarding deliveries, payments, and after-sales inquiries.
- Ensure a refined, premium customer experience that reflects Enza Home’s brand values.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Help maintain sales reports, customer logs, and showroom documentation.
- Coordinate with delivery, logistics, and admin teams when required.
- Participate in internal sales meetings, trainings, and product knowledge sessions.
Skills & QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Business, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design, or related fields.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM usage (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of furniture materials, layouts, and home styling (a plus).
Soft Skills
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with professional grooming and etiquette.
- Confidence in engaging with walk-in clients and building rapport.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team player with strong learning and problem-solving abilities.
