We are seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in Lahore to drive sales, manage key client accounts, and contribute to business growth in the furniture sector.

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and providing expert furniture solutions to clients. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and deep knowledge of the furniture industry. The specialist will also mentor junior sales staff and support showroom and project-based sales initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop tailored furniture solutions for clients based on needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and showroom tours for clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients and projects.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and follow up on post-sale services.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales staff to enhance performance and client engagement.
  • Provide insights and feedback to management regarding market trends and client needs.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on furniture design trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding materials, finishes, layouts, and functionality.
  • Contribute to product development and merchandising strategies based on market insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, home decor, or retail industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value client accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
