Salary: PKR 100,000 – 130,000 + Commission
Shift: Night Shift (Mon – Fri) – 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM / 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to join our healthcare sales team. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with 3+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an office-based night shift role for high-performing sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to healthcare clients
• Qualify leads, convert prospects, and close deals effectively
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Handle objections and negotiate to maximize revenue
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3+ years outbound sales experience (healthcare preferred)
• Minimum O/A Levels or Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Strong target-driven mindset and self-motivation
• Proficiency with CRM tools and reporting

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
