About the Role: To manage the sales & distribution of all Poultry product range in his designated area

1. Achieve budgeted sales margin targets of Poultry products to deliver the company’s growth objectives.
2. Achieve product distribution in all Trade channels as per the recommended portfolio to optimize sales & increase market share.
3. Maintain wastage under budgeted level to optimize margins.
4. Ensure all TC/ credit customers are in line with company policy to avoid any financial loss to company.
5. Set/ review targets for salesmen to achieve overall target objective of the area.

Requirements:

• Must be holding Diploma Certificate/ preferred bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years sales experience in Supervisory role in van sales environment preferably FMCG business.
• Key accounts handling experience
• Very good computer skills and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.
• Must have competencies such as: Communication Skills, selling capability, negotiation and problem-solving skills, Influencing skills.
