Senior SAP Consultant – Plant Maintenance (SAP EHS Consultant)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Duration: 24 Months (Extendable)

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP EHS Consultant to support and enhance Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Audit Management (AM) modules for a leading organization in Qatar.

Role Overview

You will work closely with business and IT teams to deliver SAP EHS solutions, optimize processes, and support ongoing projects and initiatives. This role combines functional expertise, stakeholder engagement, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP EHS & Audit Management modules
• Analyze business requirements and deliver SAP-based solutions
• Drive process improvements through benchmarking and best practices
• Ensure integration with SAP modules like MM, PM, and HR
• Conduct workshops, user training, and system optimization sessions
• Manage project execution using SAP Activate methodology
• Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and system security
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer
• Contribute to KPIs aligned with organizational objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Petroleum / Management / Science or equivalent
• SAP EHS and/or Audit Management training preferred

Experience Required

• 7+ years of overall experience
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on SAP EHS functional consulting
• Experience in SAP implementation/support (Design, Config, Testing, Training)
• Strong expertise in at least 3 EHS submodules:
• Product Safety
• Hazardous Substance Management
• Dangerous Goods
• Occupational Health
• Industrial Hygiene & Safety
• Waste Management
• Audit Management / EHS Compliance

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of EHS regulations & industry best practices
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry (preferred)
• Ability to work in multicultural environments
• Excellent communication skills
