Senior SAP CX Consultant

Dubai HQ Full-Time Office Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP CX Consultant with deep expertise across SAP CPQ, SAP Sales Cloud, and SAP Emarsys, alongside strong integration capability with SAP ERP SD.

This is a senior leadership role where you will own and drive the end-to-end Lead-to-Order transformation, ensuring seamless integration across CX and ERP landscapes to support large-scale enterprise growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of SAP CPQ, Sales Cloud & Emarsys solutions
• Own end-to-end Lead-to-Order process integration with SAP ERP SD
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP CX solutions
• Configure CPQ (pricing, product configuration, quotation workflows)
• Manage Sales Cloud (leads, opportunities, accounts, activities)
• Ensure CX-ERP data integrity and integration consistency
• Lead SIT/UAT testing cycles and go-live deployments
• Work closely with stakeholders to drive adoption and optimisation
• Collaborate with integration teams (SAP CPI / middleware)
• Provide post go-live functional and technical support

Required Experience

• 8-10+ years SAP consulting experience
• SAP CPQ (mandatory - advanced level)
• SAP Emarsys
• Strong SAP ERP SD integration knowledge
• Experience in CX to ERP end-to-end integrations
• SAP CPI or integration platform experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Leadership capability within CX applications function

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT / Computer Science / Information Systems (or equivalent)
