Senior SAP SD Consultant

Currently, we are looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant to be a part of our tight-knit EPAM team. You will be granted a unique opportunity to work in one of the leading software engineering and IT consulting companies.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to gather and clarify requirements
• Analyze business needs to propose and design SAP-based solutions
• Participate in business workshops and conduct Fit-to-Standard Analysis
• Configure and customize SAP Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain functionalities tailored to specific industry needs
• Create project documentation, including user training and educational materials
• Troubleshoot and support SAP solutions to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SAP modules and 2+ completed projects
• Knowledge of 2+ SAP system modules/applications with insights into their integration
• Understanding of programming languages relevant to these modules/applications
• Expertise in SAP SD processes such as OrgStructure setup, Pricing, ATP, Outputs, Printing forms, and OTC
• Proficiency in special SAP SD processes, including customer consignment, STO, and 3rd party processing
• Familiarity with enhancement techniques like user exit, enhancement points, and BAdi
• Core knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionality, SAP Activate methodology, and business domain processes
• Certification in SAP functionality (associate level or higher)
• Solid understanding of SAP Fiori launchpad customization
• Proven leadership capability to guide and coordinate teams of 2-3+ people
• Basic knowledge of project and people management principles
• English proficiency at B2 level, with strong communication and reasoning skills
