Senior SAP Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Senior SAP Engineering Manager to lead and support a high-performance team of SAP experts.

You will oversee operations, drive global strategic initiatives, and manage client relations while fostering team growth and excellence. Join us to shape the future of SAP consulting within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of SAP experts, providing direction and overwatching all operations
• Build, lead, and nurture high-performance EPAM SAP teams located in Turkiye
• Lead and support Employee Lifecycle: hiring, staffing, utilization, performance, promotion, compensation
• Drive global strategic initiatives, contributing to the growth of the discipline
• Craft proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP projects, collaborating closely with IT teams and business stakeholders
• Handle direct customer relations on matters of delivery, team performance, and project timelines and schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 7 years of proven experience in SAP implementation projects
• Leadership experience with a proven track record of leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in multiple large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects
• Direct experience in customer-facing roles
• Outstanding leadership skills
• First-rate communication and interpersonal abilities
• Forward-thinking approach to technological innovation
• Fluency in English at B2+ level or higher
