Senior SAP SD LE Consultant AMS Delivery

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Avon Lake, Ohio ( Hybrid)

Experience 8 - 11 years in SAP FI with 5 years in AMS delivery

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SD LE Consultant to lead Application Management Services AMS for a large and diverse portfolio of clients in the United States The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in SAP SD and Logistics Execution LE strong client facing skills and the ability to manage complex support environments across multiple industries

Key Responsibilities

Lead AMS delivery for SAP SD and LE modules across multiple US based clients ensuring SLA adherence and high customer satisfaction

Handle incidents service requests and minor enhancements in areas including Order Management Delivery Processing Shipping and Billing

Perform configuration changes functional testing and documentation for change requests and enhancements

Support month end and yearend closing activities related to SD and LE processes

Collaborate with cross functional teams MM FI WM TM for issue resolution and process integration

Coordinate with Basis and ABAP teams for performance tuning debugging and custom developments

Manage interfaces and middleware eg IDocs RFCs EDI for third party logistics and customer integrations

Monitor and manage batch jobs background processing and workflow issues

Participate in client governance meetings provide operational dashboards and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Technical Skills Required

Strong configuration knowledge in SAP SD Sales Order Processing Pricing Billing Credit Management

Expertise in SAP LE Delivery Shipment Transportation Packing Route Determination

Experience with EDI processes including inbound outbound IDocs and partner profiles

Handson experience with output determination shipping point configuration and delivery scheduling

Familiarity with SAP Notes OSS messages and SAP Solution Manager

Exposure to S4HANA Sales and Logistics Execution is a plus

Proficiency in ticketing tools like ServiceNow Remedy or Jira

Knowledge of ITIL processes and AMS delivery models Onsite Offshore

Soft Skills Other Requirements

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to lead a small team and mentor junior consultants

Strong analytical and problem solving mindset

Flexibility to work in US time zones ESTCSTPST

Experience in client facing roles and managing multiclient environments

Preferred Qualifications

SAP SD Certification ECC or S4HANA

Experience in manufacturing retail or logistics industries

Exposure to automation tools eg Winshuttle RPA for sales and logistics proc

Skills

Mandatory Skills : SAP Process Modelling Suite (Signavio, ARIS, Visio),SAP SD ECC

Benefits
Compensation range: $130,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
