Seddiqi Holding is looking for a
Senior SAP Support Analyst
who will be responsible to support efficient and effective software solutions (SAP). The role will manage the day-to-day support through change control requests when they are agreed. Additionally, the role will assist in the integration of the legacy system to SAP during the SAP Project implementation. Will assist in the integration of new business ventures.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for SAP HR applications, including incident troubleshooting and resolution using SAP and innovative tools.

Collaborate with internal users and external vendors to define business and application requirements, resolve incidents, and support configuration changes.

Monitor integrations across S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and non-SAP systems; escalate failures to appropriate teams for resolution.

Ensure all support and configuration activities follow established approval, testing, and deployment protocols.

Document system configurations and share domain knowledge to reduce single points of failure.

Lead implementations and configuration of SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding.

Stay current with SuccessFactors release updates and recommend system improvements.

Support user training, testing, and issue resolution across SAP and non-SAP HR applications.

Lead S/4HANA HCM implementations and configure modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll.

Act as the primary contact for technical SAP application issues, ensuring resolution within target timelines.

Coordinate with vendors to analyze the impact of application change requests and ensure timely resolution.

Communicate regularly with the Service Desk and business teams regarding system issues and status updates.

Produce high-quality documentation for support and configuration activities, including time and resource estimates.

Demonstrate strong time management and task prioritization skills, delivering work within project timelines and budgets.

Provide ongoing support and configuration for live HR applications, driving continuous improvement in collaboration with business users.

Liaise with internal/external software teams and end users to support business continuity and system enhancements.

Participate in user acceptance testing and deliver occasional training sessions as needed.

Maintain regular reporting to the Line Manager, highlighting progress, barriers, and opportunities for improvement.

Possess working knowledge of Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA.
About you:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science / IT Systems / Engineering and/or Diploma in any related discipline

5-8 years job related experience in SAP technical knowledge (SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Payroll, CPI).

Experience in software development, bug fixing, and database design.
