As a Senior Scheduler / Scheduling Manager, you will mostly be considered the lead scheduler for our District. As a subject matter expert in this field, you will perform planning and scheduling activities on large and small engineering and construction projects within the water market. This hands-on role will give you the opportunity to directly impact scheduling outcomes, from proposal through project completions, over a broad range of projects. Kiewit integrates project controls functions such as budget, costs, manpower tracking, and project progress within our schedules, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with various project and company teams. This person will also be tasked with daily/monthly report generation for executive management. By directing the planning, creation, monitoring, and maintenance of projects’ progress, you will prepare and analyze reports, develop alternative solutions, and be a key team member in driving successful project completions.
Kiewit's Water Facilities South group is one of Kiewit's leading water/wastewater (W/WW) districts specializing in construction of water or wastewater treatment facilities, regular maintenance of these facilities, desalination plants, and providing state of the art facilities with new technologies. We are headquartered in Westlake, TX (DFW area), with regional offices in Miami, Tampa, and Atlanta. With this network of resources, we can pursue various alternative delivery projects throughout the southern U.S region and partner with other internal resources for other projects across the United States as well. We are looking for new team members who are passionate about infrastructure and committed to our approach of construction -led alternative delivery projects, supported by our in-house design team. Our staff receive continuous and extensive training, hands-on experience, and challenging responsibilities from the day they join our team, and they quickly develop the expertise that has earned our district its reputation as the premier W/WW contractor in the southeast United States.
This role will be based at our corporate headquarters in Westlake, TX (DFW area) and may involve future travel to major project sites across the Southeastern United States.
