About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. SEO Executive with over 3 years of proven expertise in driving organic growth for service-based businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO strategies, analytical skills, and the ability to implement and optimize campaigns that improve search visibility, rankings, and traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies tailored to service-based industries.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website structure, content, and metadata to enhance search engine rankings and user experience.
• Manage and improve backlink acquisition strategies to strengthen domain authority.
• Perform regular SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends, adjusting strategies proactively.
• Mentor and guide junior SEO team members (if applicable).

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a service-based company.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
• Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
• Experience with content optimization, link-building strategies, and local SEO.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing SEO projects across multiple service niches.
• Familiarity with international SEO is an advantage.
