Senior SEO Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior SEO Executive with working knowledge of WordPress development to lead and execute our SEO strategies. The role requires expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, AI-powered SEO strategies, and content creation, along with the ability to manage and optimize WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy & Execution
• Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO campaigns to improve organic search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
• Optimize website structure, metadata, and internal linking for maximum visibility.
• Technical SEO
• Audit websites to identify and resolve crawl, indexation, site speed, mobile optimization, and schema markup issues.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in code and site structure.
• On-Page & Off-Page SEO
• Optimize landing pages, blogs, and service pages with SEO-friendly content.
• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
• Monitor and manage domain authority, backlinks, and toxic link removal.
• AI & Content SEO
• Leverage AI tools for keyword clustering, SEO automation, and content optimization.
• Create and edit high-quality, engaging, and keyword-optimized content aligned with target audiences.
• WordPress Development
• Manage and update WordPress websites (themes, plugins, and customizations).
• Ensure SEO plugins and technical setups (Yoast, Rank Math, etc.) are optimized.
• Troubleshoot basic WordPress errors, manage CMS structure, and implement design/UX updates when needed.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–4 years of proven SEO experience (preferably in an agency or B2B environment).
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and AI SEO tools.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS (basic development & customization).
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Google ranking factors, algorithms, and SEO trends.
• Excellent content writing, editing, and communication skills.
