Senior SEO Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead and scale our organic growth initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and the ability to translate data into business impact. The ideal candidate must have 4–5+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and confidence in handling direct client interactions.

Key ResponsibilitiesOmnichannel SEO Strategy

• Develop and execute a long-term organic growth roadmap aligned with PPC, Content Marketing, and Product teams.
• Ensure SEO initiatives directly contribute to revenue and lead generation goals.

Technical SEO Leadership

• Conduct advanced technical audits (JavaScript SEO, Core Web Vitals, server-side rendering).
• Lead complex site migrations and international SEO (hreflang implementation).
• Identify and resolve crawling, indexing, and performance issues.

AI & Generative Search Optimization

• Optimize content and technical structure for AI-driven search experiences (Google SGE, Perplexity, etc.).
• Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to secure brand citations in AI summaries.

Data Analysis & Stakeholder Reporting

• Attribute organic performance to revenue using GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
• Present insights and performance reports directly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Topical Authority Development

• Build structured content clusters and semantic SEO strategies to establish domain authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• 4–5+ years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong technical SEO expertise.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Search Console, Looker Studio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-facing experience is essential.
• Immediate availability preferred.
