Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive with strong hands-on experience in driving organic search growth through structured, data-backed SEO execution. This role is focused purely on Organic SEO ownership—from strategy to implementation and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate should be execution-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

· Organic SEO (Core Responsibility)

· Own end-to-end SEO strategy and execution (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)

· Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis

· Improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversion performance

· Optimize website structure, internal linking, metadata, and page speed

· Collaborate with content and development teams for SEO implementation

· Perform regular SEO audits and ensure timely issue resolution

· Monitor performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs

· Track KPIs including rankings, traffic growth, CTR, and engagement metrics

· Prepare periodic SEO performance reports with actionable insights

· Share clear updates on progress, challenges, and optimization plans

· Ensure SEO activities align with overall business and marketing objectives

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong hands-on expertise in Organic SEO

· Sound understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, and indexing

· Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)

· Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends

· High ownership, discipline, and execution focus

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

· Experience in agency or growth-stage business environments

· Exposure to multi-location or service-based SEO

· Understanding of CRO and basic UX principles is an added advantage
