We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Expert to lead advanced SEO initiatives, oversee strategic campaigns, and drive measurable growth in search rankings, organic traffic, and online visibility across multiple platforms.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior SEO Expert with 3–4 years of proven experience in SEO leadership roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of both on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization, with the ability to design data-driven strategies, manage teams, and deliver ROI-focused results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business and client goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage SEO teams to achieve KPIs and ensure quality delivery.
• Oversee keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive technical SEO improvements (site structure, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, page speed optimization).
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Build and manage high-quality backlink acquisition strategies to improve domain authority.
• Monitor and analyze website analytics, SEO performance metrics, and ROI reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Ensure continuous monitoring of algorithm updates and implement adaptive strategies to maintain ranking stability.
• Oversee content optimization efforts, including SEO copywriting guidelines, content audits, and link-building campaigns.
• Lead integration of SEO with social media, PPC, and other digital marketing channels to maximize impact.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and insights for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience as an SEO Specialist, Senior SEO Analyst, or SEO Lead.
• Proven track record of successfully managing SEO campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, WebTrends.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento).
• Strong grasp of Google Ads, SMM, and digital marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be able to work in night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
