Senior SEO Manager (Product-Based – Packaging Industry)

Job Description:

Intech Sky (Private) Limited is seeking a Senior SEO Manager with 4–5 years of proven experience in product-based SEO, preferably in the packaging industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that improve rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive sales and lead generation for our packaging products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies for product-based websites
• Optimize product pages to improve visibility and conversions
• Conduct keyword research focused on mainly sales-driven search intent
• Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies
• Improve website structure for better indexing and user experience
• Analyze performance metrics with focus on sales generation (not just traffic) and increase ROI from organic traffic
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to support product sales

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of SEO experience (product-based SEO preferred)
• Experience in packaging or related e-commerce industries is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Proven ability to generate sales through SEO strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience working in or reporting to a Team Lead / SEO Team Lead or managing SEO tasks under leadership structure
