WE'RE HIRING: Senior SEO Specialist
Location: Nasr City, Egypt
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site only ( No remote work )
Salary: EGP 18,500 – 26,500 gross/month (Depending on experience + performance incentives)
About the Role
We are seeking an advanced SEO Specialist with 4+ years of high-level, hands-on
experience in SEO and web design. This role is ideal for someone who fully understands search
engine algorithms, ranking factors, and advanced optimisation techniques.
You will be responsible for driving organic growth, building powerful SEO strategies, optimising
performance across all websites, and leading initiatives that directly increase visibility, traffic,
and revenue.
This is not an entry-level role; We are looking for someone with expert-level skills and proven results in competitive industries.
This is a full-time, in-office role, not suitable for remote or hybrid work.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to achieve top rankings and sustainable
organic growth.
• Optimise on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to align with Google’s evolving
algorithms.
• Identify ranking opportunities and create strategic roadmaps for long-term SEO growth.
• Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies proactively.
Technical SEO & Website Performance
• Perform in-depth technical SEO audits (site architecture, crawl budget, indexation,
Core Web Vitals).
• Recommend and implement advanced fixes for site speed, schema markup,
canonicalisation, and mobile-first optimisation.
• Work closely with developers to ensure search engine–friendly website structures.
• Handle site migrations, redirects, and advanced troubleshooting without traffic loss.
Content & Keyword Strategy
• Conduct advanced keyword research & semantic search analysis to identify growth
opportunities.
• Optimise existing and new content for maximum search visibility.
• Implement content silos and internal linking strategies to strengthen topical
authority.
• Guide content creators to produce SEO-driven content strategies that match search
intent.
AI-Driven SEO:
• Optimising for Google’s Search Generative Experience (SGE) and AI-powered search
engines.
• Implementing voice SEO strategies for conversational and mobile-first search queries.
• Leveraging AI-powered SEO tools (SurferSEO, Clearscope, MarketMuse, Jasper) for
optimisation.
• Using machine learning insights to predict ranking opportunities.
• Applying AI automation in keyword research, content optimisation, and reporting.
Analytics & Reporting
• Use Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming
Frog for data-driven decisions.
• Create advanced reports (organic traffic growth, conversions, keyword rankings, CTR,
bounce rate, ROI).
• Track and analyse competitor strategies to stay ahead in rankings.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership teams.
PPC & Paid Search
• Manage Google Ads / PPC campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Integrate SEO with PPC for a unified search strategy.
• Analyse paid campaigns alongside organic to reduce costs and boost overall ROI.
Team Collaboration & Strategy
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure SEO best practices
across projects.
• Train and mentor junior team members in advanced SEO techniques.
• Act as the go-to SEO expert in the company, driving thought leadership and innovation.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Google SEO certification or equivalent (advanced-level).
• Additional certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, or SEMrush Academy
preferred.
Professional Experience
• 4+ years proven hands-on experience in SEO (agency or competitive in-house
environment).
• Strong portfolio of SEO case studies showing measurable results (traffic growth,
ranking improvements, revenue impact).
• Demonstrated ability to rank websites in highly competitive niches.
Technical Skills
• Mastery of SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, GA4,
Search Console, Majestic, etc.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript constraints, CMS platforms (WordPress,
Shopify, Magento).
• Advanced skills in technical SEO, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site
architecture optimisation.
• Experience with website migrations, international SEO, and multilingual sites.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Data Studio, Power BI).
Core Competencies
• Deep understanding of Google’s algorithm updates and ranking factors.
• Expertise in link-building strategies, digital PR, and authority growth.
• Strong knowledge of conversion optimisation (CRO) and UX as it impacts SEO.
• Proven success in integrating SEO with paid search, social, and content marketing
strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex SEO strategies to non-technical
stakeholders.
