Key Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Excellence: Conduct regular deep-crawl audits using Screaming Frog to optimize site architecture, improve Core Web Vitals, and manage complex schema markups for nonprofit-specific rich snippets.
- On-Page & Content Strategy: Align content with Google’s E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) guidelines to establish institutional integrity and donor trust.
- Strategic Keyword Research: Utilize Ahrefs and SEMrush to identify high-intent keywords that bridge the gap between educational awareness and "donation intent."
- Off-Page & Authority Building: Execute ethical white-hat link-building campaigns and digital PR to increase domain authority within the NGO and philanthropic space.
- Performance Tracking: Manage Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track donor journeys and attribute organic traffic to specific revenue goals.
- Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with design and content teams to optimize landing pages for higher donation conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in SEO (Senior level).
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Analytical Depth: Ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies for leadership.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills to articulate the "why" behind SEO recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
