Senior SEO Specialist (AEO/GEO/SEO Expert)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist with deep expertise in SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO):, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies that drive organic visibility, enhance search rankings, increase website traffic, and improve overall digital performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end SEO strategies covering on-page, off-page, technical, and entity-based SEO.
• Lead AEO and GEO initiatives, optimizing content and assets for AI-driven search engines and Google entity recognition.
• Use structured data, schema markup, and citations to strengthen brand presence and improve search performance.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting crawlability, indexing, and site performance.
• Guide content teams in producing SEO-optimized, high-conversion, and engaging content tailored for search engines and user intent.
• Analyze content performance, identify gaps, and recommend updates to maximize organic traffic and engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in SEO / AEO / GEO.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, semantic SEO, and AI-driven search.
• Experience with schema markup, Google Business Profile optimization, and entity SEO.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
