ServiceNow Web Developer Consultant (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Web Developer Consultant to design and implement a custom Employee Portal. This role combines strong ServiceNow expertise with modern web technologies to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize the ServiceNow Employee Portal (using Service Portal / UI Builder).
• Build custom widgets, pages, and layouts with responsive and accessible design.
• Integrate with core ITSM modules (Incidents, Requests, Catalog, Knowledge).
• Enhance UI/UX using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
• Ensure portal performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with ITSM, HR, and Business teams to translate requirements into solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong ServiceNow development experience: Service Portal, UI Builder, ITSM modules, Flow Designer.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, JSON/XML.
• Hands-on with custom widget development and portal extensions.

Preferred

• ServiceNow CAD / Implementation Specialist certification.
• Prior experience building custom portals in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Pay: ₹471,876.22 - ₹1,716,208.48 per year
