IFLW Concept L.L.C is a creative e-commerce company based in Dubai and the force behind IFL Watches — a brand creating custom timepieces, watch accessories, and time-inspired art. We operate four localized Shopify stores serving a global audience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Shopify professional to manage and scale our multi-store Shopify ecosystem. This is a platform-centric role, not a marketing or content position. You will be responsible for Shopify structure, logic, scalability, and daily operations across multiple regions.

Mandatory RequirementsShopify & E-Commerce (Hands-On)

• Shopify (advanced):
• Multi-store management
• Theme customization (Horizon themes)
• Liquid (editing and customization)
• Metaobjects & Metafields (practical usage)
• Experience working directly inside Shopify admin (not via agencies only)
• Understanding of Shopify limitations, workarounds, and best practices

Technical

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (working knowledge)

Marketplaces

• Amazon Seller Central
• Noon Seller Platform

Project & Data Management

• Monday.com (advanced user)
• Microsoft 365
• Dropbox / OneDrive

Google Ecosystem

• Google Business Manager
• Google Merchant Center
• Google Ads
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Reviews management

Adobe Creative Cloud (Working Knowledge Required)

• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• (Advanced production-level skills are not required, but practical usage is expected.)

AI & Automation

• ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini AI tools
• MCP protocols
• Process automation tools

Languages (Mandatory)

• English — fluent (spoken & written)
• Russian — fluent (spoken & written)
