$600 USD/month (Contractor)
Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Los Angeles Time)

About the Role

We are a U.S.-based eCommerce company looking for a highly capable Senior Developer with strong Shopify experience. This is not a beginner role. You will be working directly on live production stores, building custom functionality, solving real problems, and developing internal tools.

If you are someone who can go beyond templates and actually build systems, this role will fit you well.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain Shopify themes (Liquid, JavaScript, CSS)
• Build and modify custom Shopify functionality and integrations
• Assist in Shopify app development (public or private apps)
• Create internal desktop tools (Windows applications)
• Convert or adapt applications for macOS compatibility
• Troubleshoot and improve performance across multiple web properties
• Work closely with leadership to implement new features quickly

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Shopify development (Liquid, theme customization)
• Solid foundation in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience building or working with Shopify apps
• Ability to develop Windows desktop applications
• Understanding of cross-platform development (Windows → macOS)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Nice to Have (Big Plus)

• Experience developing mobile apps (Android and/or iOS)
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and backend integrations
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies or remote teams

Important Notes

• This is a hands-on role — not just design or page builders
• You must be comfortable working directly with code
• You will be expected to solve problems, not just follow instructions

Compensation

• $600 USD/month
• Paid monthly
• Long-term opportunity for the right candidate
