Job Title: Senior Site Architect

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Architect to oversee architectural execution on-site and ensure projects are delivered in line with design, quality, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and extensive DxB experience across high-rise, commercial, and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site architectural activities from concept to completion
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Review drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure alignment with design intent
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
• Liaise with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to local authority regulations including DEWA, DMCC, Trakhees, and other relevant bodies
• Support project planning, scheduling, and timely delivery of milestones
• Resolve technical issues and provide architectural guidance on-site

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in architectural site supervision
• Proven experience working on high-rise, commercial, and residential projects
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with BIM tools
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory
• Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and authority approvals
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with leading consultants or developers
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED19,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month
