Senior Site Architect / Project Coordinator

This position is a senior role. Your core responsibility, as outlined in the job description, is to coordinate and manage all sub-consultants to ensure their deliverables are compliant, consolidated, and properly prepared before issuance.

These tasks represent the high-level coordination responsibilities expected from your role. Proactively managing the technical workflow and driving it to timely completion is what MSCEB and the Client expect.

The ongoing backlog of submissions is directly connected to this process. Addressing it requires maintaining full oversight of every stage of the review workflow and ensuring that each step progresses efficiently.

Skills Required

• Excellent ability to read, interpret, and coordinate complex architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong leadership and site management skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reviewing technical submittals (shop drawings, materials).
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities 1 in a fast-paced site environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD essential, Revit highly beneficial, PDF markup tools, MS Office Suite). Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic can be an advantage.
• This role demands a seasoned professional who can safeguard the design integrity while navigating the practical realities of a complex construction site, ensuring the final product meets the exacting standards of luxury hospitality and residential markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited University.
