Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction companies

• Strong background in Quantity Surveying (QS)

• Proven experience in cost estimation and cash flow management

• Ability to prepare and manage BOQs

• Solid experience with Variation Orders

• Skilled in cost breakdown and analysis

• Strong understanding of contract reading and interpretation

• Previous work on-site within construction projects is essential
