Job Purpose
Lead the electromechanical technician team to ensure efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance while maintaining quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and coach the electromechanical technician team.
- Diagnose and identify vehicle malfunctions and technical faults.
- Ensure correct spare parts are requested and used for repairs.
- Monitor workflow and job order completion for efficiency and fairness.
- Crosstrain team members to cover different roles when needed.
- Ensure vehicle internal and external condition is preserved during repairs.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness, equipment, and overall appearance.
- Schedule preventive maintenance for workshop tools and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with warranty policies and company procedures.
- Address non-compliance with instructions or policies among staff.
- Identify and eliminate inefficient practices to save time, resources, and space.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in a reputable automotive dealership or workshop.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle electromechanical systems.
- Understanding of maintenance, repair processes, parts, and accessories.
- Knowledge of automotive engineering and modern technologies.
