Senior Site Engineer

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer (Civil) to manage day-to-day execution of high-rise residential and villa projects in Dubai. The role requires strong site management skills, coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team, ensuring timely, safe, and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead structural, finishing, and MEP coordination works.
• Review drawings, highlight discrepancies, and resolve site issues.
• Monitor manpower productivity, prepare daily/weekly lookahead schedules, and support planning.
• Conduct inspections (structural & finishes) and close IRs/WIRs with consultants.
• Manage subcontractors, labor teams, and ensure compliance with UAE safety & quality standards.
• Support project handover, snagging/de-snagging, and documentation.
• Guide junior engineers and supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of site experience in high-rise/multistoried projects (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and QA/QC practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office (Primavera/MS Project preferred).
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality regulations, Civil Defense & authority approvals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years experience as Storekeeper/Material Controller in UAE construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
