Senior / Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager for one of our projects in the United Arab Emirates.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in the UAE, with strong and verified experience in High-Rise Tower projects, in addition to holding an Unlimited or G+12 Dubai Municipality Classification or.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full supervision of project execution and ensuring works are completed in accordance with the approved schedule.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and daily site activities.
• Prepare and submit regular technical and financial reports to senior management.
• Coordinate and follow up with government authorities (Municipality, permits, consultants, developers).
• Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, and HSE standards throughout all project stages.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, and take appropriate decisions to ensure smooth project progress.
• Review engineering drawings and coordinate between all disciplines (Civil, Architectural, and MEP).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in construction project.
• Mandatory experience in High-Rise Tower projects.
• Open Dubai Municipality Classification (mandatory).
• Experience in building or villa projects is considered an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
• Full availability and ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
