Senior Site Engineer – Fit Out and Joinery

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Site Engineer to join our fit-out and joinery company. The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of fit-out and joinery projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in fit-out and joinery, with proven experience in managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site installation of high-end interior fit-outs in the Gulf region, ensuring project success from inception to completion.
• Supervise all production activities, plan schedules, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to joinery staff on technical issues.
• Read and interpret drawings accurately.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage clients and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare production status reports for management and maintain accurate records of workers' time and materials used.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the Gulf region, overseeing site installations of high-end interior fit-outs.
• Engineering degree (preferred).
• UAE Driving License (required).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
