Senior Site Engineer – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Site Engineer to join our joinery and interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in joinery and woodworking, with proven experience managing high-end fit-out projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site installations of high-end interior fit-out and joinery works across the Gulf region.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all on-site activities to ensure timely project completion and quality standards.
• Lead and provide technical support to the site and joinery teams.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and ensure precise execution on site.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare regular progress and production reports, and maintain accurate records of manpower, materials, and time used.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of site experience in the Gulf region, specifically in high-end joinery and interior fit-out projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Valid UAE Driving License (required).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
