Senior Social Media Executive
to join our team.
The Role Will Cover The Following Areas

Reporting & Analytics
-
Own campaign reporting and performance tracking.

Extract data from Ads Manager to create detailed brand performance reports.

Monitor how social pages are performing and track KPIs to measure effectiveness.

Social Listening & Crisis Management
-
Use Sprinklr and other tools to monitor conversations around brands.
-
Provide insights on trends, opportunities, and audience sentiment.
-
Support crisis management by flagging risks and recommending actions in real time.

Content Development & Community Engagement
-
Develop content for the client’s social media platforms.
-
Create campaign roll-out plans to ensure smooth brand presence across different phases.
-
Come up with content that rides on trends and aligns with brand tone of voice.

Manage brand presence across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, & Snapchata; post, engage, and seed content where needed.

Strategic & Trend Monitoring
-
Share regular insights from reporting and listening with Brand and Marketing teams to inform strategy.
-
Monitor trends in social media tools, content formats, and applications.
-
Support the execution of a clear social media strategy to strengthen brand equity, support marketing initiatives, and increase online awareness.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have

2-4 years of experience working within Social Media
-
Knowledge of digital media is valuable
-
Knowledge of current trends, especially on social media
-
Strong analytical, (Monitoring stats, analysis and reporting)
-
Problem solving skills and proactivity in providing solutions
-
A keen eye for detail
-
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and designing skills is a huge plus
-
Team Oriented: Team player and will work well in a multicultural environment

Can work under tight deadlines

Has strong verbal and communication skills

Confident when presenting Infront of internal and/or external teams
-
Fluent English and Arabic language skills are a must for this position due to client responsibilities
