The Role
You will own the
entire social media content cycle
: from research and ideation to production, editing, posting, and performance tracking. Fluent in both Arabic and English, you'll create scroll-stopping content (static, video, reels, stories, blogs) that reflects our bold identity and drives real engagement.
Responsibilities

Research & Strategy: Track trends, competitors, and audience insights in GCC & global markets

Ideation: Plan monthly content calendars with innovative, data-backed ideas

Content Development: Write copy, design graphics, and script/present content in both Arabic & English

Production: Shoot and edit short-form videos/reels; design posts, carousels, and stories

Publishing: Manage scheduling and posting across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X

Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow our presence

Performance: Track analytics, prepare reports, and optimize based on results

Ownership: Work end-to-end without dependency on agencies
Requirements

Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken + written)

Experience managing social media accounts for brands (portfolio required)

Strong graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe Suite)

Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut)

Understanding of GCC digital culture & trends

Ability to run the full cycle: research → create → publish → analyze

Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines consistently
Nice to Have

Photography skills

Experience in B2B or tech

Knowledge of paid ads (Google/ Meta/ LinkedIn)
